essay

There are many different diets in the world and they all claim to be the healthiest diet around. The Atkins, special K, California, vegetarian, vegan, rice and many more. But witch diet is the healthiest diet, is the vegan witch is no meat whatsoever, or the Atkins witch is basically only meat. I believe that the healthiest diet is the lenient vegetarian diet. The lenient vegetarian diet is most vegetarians who say that there vegetarians but also say that they eat fish. This diet fits me best because it’s healthy because its main course is vegetables but still get the protein from fish and meat once in a blue moon.
Many people have grown up with their parents telling them to finish their fruits and vegetables before you can have dessert. This is because fruits and vegetables have vitamins and nutrients that the body needs. Taking this basic principal of fruits and vegetables being healthy this lenient vegetarian diet covers all of the sections in the food
Triangle. I took a pole of the first 20 people that I found on the street of what top 3 diets they think is the best. According to the pole the Atkins and vegetarian diets were the more popular diets. The Atkins and vegetarian are 2 opposite diets that both work but witch one is healthier.
Most vegetarian diets are low in animal products. They’re also usually lower than no vegetarian diets in total fat, saturated fat and cholesterol. Many studies have shown that vegetarians seem to have a lower risk of obesity, coronary heart disease (which causes heart attack), high blood pressure, diabetes mellitus and some forms of cancer.
In conclusion the lenient vegetarian diet is the healthiest diet system because it gives all the nutrients that you need and you still get a good amount of protein.

I was starving when I ordered a cheeseburger from the local restaurant; it took 15 minutes to get here, longest 15 minutes of my life. When I opened the plastic cover the smell of the fire grilled cheeseburger hit me. I put some of my fries on to of the melt cheese to mix the flavors. My first bit was soft crunchy and oily all it one bit. I could feel my teeth mashing up the meat. As I went on eating the rest of fire-grilled cheeseburger I hit the lettuce, it was cool and refreshing addition to the flavors. As I took a sip of my 7up it washed all my food down. My last bit of my fries it was crunchy and potatoy a perfect end to my meal. After words I was left full and fulfilled.

food hw: dinner photo

When I first looked at the chilly burrito I could already taste the seasoned meat it in my mouth, I was starving. When I first touched the taco to my lips the spicy chilly juice stung my lips. My first bit was amazing it tasted like I dreamt it would. As I went on eating my Sunday night dinner I hit the lettuce and tomatoes, the lettuce was bland bought from the supermarket. The sliced tomatoes tasted good, as I chewed them the tomatoes the juice gushed and took over my taste buds. I was half full when I got to the beans and they filled me up quick, I was almost done when I got to the cheese. The creamy cheese tasted fresh cheesy. When I was done with my burrito my stomach was filled and satisfied
